Alli: A New Miracle Diet Pill

Alli Weigt Loss PillThe only FDA approved, over-the-counter weight loss pill known as Alli has finally hit shelves in most major drug stores. The new miracle weight loss pill has received a stamp of approval by the FDA because it is a safe and sensible way to shed some unwanted pounds.

So how does this miracle weight loss pills actually work? And why is it so safe compared to other weight loss pills on the market that are not FDA approved? First off, Alli is not a stimulant that heats up your body or increases your heart rate to burn off extra calories. That is the way that most diet pills work and are better known as fat burners. Alli is not a fat burner and works in a totally different way.

Alli is what is commonly known as a fat trapper. The active ingredient in Alli attaches to some of the natural enzymes in the digestive system, preventing them from breaking down about a quarter of the fat you eat. Undigested fat cannot be absorbed and passes through the body naturally. The excess fat is not harmful to you and will be excreted.

When used as directed, Alli is very safe to use as a weight loss aid. Because it only works in your digestive system, not in your heart or brain, means you won’t feel the normal side effects of fat burners such as jittery effects, sleeplessness or a racing heart. However, Alli does have one side effect that some will find unpleasant.

Alli is the new miracle weight loss pill, but to see the best results, the Alli program requires a commitment to healthy eating habits. You can not eat whatever you want and expect to lose weight, unless you are Dustin Diamond.

“Requires a commitment to healthy eating habits” ? The program states that you should stick to a low fat/low calorie diet as to avoid the “treatment effects” of diarrhea and gas. Yet if we just stuck to a low fat and low calorie diet, couldn’t we see just as great a result without the pill? Not only that, but the pill causes vitamin deficiency as well as recommends wearing dark pants to hide the consequences of loose bowels according to http://www.canyon-news.com/artman/publish/New_Diet_Pill_Makes_a_Hit.php

I think I’ll pass (no pun intended)
